Exchanges and returns

Did you accidentally make a mistake when ordering? Don't worry, but let us know quickly by phone or email. As long as your order has not yet been shipped, you can still cancel it. Once shipped, you still have the option to return the order.

After receiving your order, you have 14 days to exchange or return it. If you want to make use of this, please contact us by phone or in writing to indicate this. You then have another 14 days to return the shipment. Please note: return requests that are not reported within 14 days of receiving the order cannot be processed.

If you want to return a product, make sure it is returned undamaged to the address below. To make the return process smooth, we ask you to fill in the return form as completely as possible and send it with your order.
